Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup fat free half and half
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or 1 cup swiss cheese- 2%
  • 1/2 cup crisp cooked bacon, (6-8 slices pre cooked style )crumbled
  • 3-4 green onions chop
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Butter or spray quiche or pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Beat the eggs with the cream.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cheese , onions and bacon, mix well.

Pour into the pan.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
