Ingredients

  • 6 red potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs, boiled and cooled
  • 1/4 cup dill relish
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp celery salt

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the potatoes until tender but still slightly firm, about 12 minutes. Drain.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, vinegar, mayo, sour cream, relish and sugar. Chop the eggs and add to the potato mixture. Combine well. Add the celery salt and season with pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
