Ingredients
- 1 pckg pie crust
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 medium onion
- 2 tbsp white flour
- 2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 cups cooked vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
Cook any raw vegetables by roasting in oven for 1 hour or boiling til tender.
Melt margerine in medium saucepan.
Add onion and saute until soft and translucent about 7 minutes.
Add flour and stir unti it starts to thicken.
Stirring constantly, pour vegetable broth in saucepan.
Continue stirring until sauce thickens about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Pour vegetables in pie crust and then sauce, Cook about 35 minutes or until done.
Also could pour vegetables and sauce in shallow pan and cover with drop biscuits or puff pastry and cook til crust is bubbling and golden brown.
