Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean Ground Beef
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn OR Two 14 1/2 oz. cans corn, drained
  • Two 14 1/2 oz. cans French Style Green Beans, drained
  • Two 10 3/4 oz. cans Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Butter & Herb Instant Potatoes OR approx. 3 lbs. cooked and mashed potatoes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, corn, green beans, and Cream of Chicken soup; Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly and firmly into the bottom of a 9” x 13” glass baking dish. Prepare the Betty Crocker Instant Potatoes according to the instructions on the box *OR* prepare the mashed potatoes. Spread the potatoes on top of the meat mixture. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
