Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettucine
- 1/2 cup and 1 tbs. butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettucine in salted water, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water and drain pasta.
Melt 3/4 of the stick of butter over low heat and add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Add cheese, cooking water, cream, 3 tbs. butter, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
