Ingredients
- 2 T. unsalted buttter
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 5 T. unsweetened cocoa powder, divided
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1-3/4 cups hot water
- Whipped cream or ice cream

Preparation
Step 1
Coat inside of 4-quart slow cooker with butter.
Combine flour, brown sugar, 3 T. cocoa, bakking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Add cream, oil and vanilla; stir well to combine. Pour batter into slow cooker.
Combine dark brown sugar and remaining 2 T. cocoa in medium bowl. Add hot water; stir well to combine. Pour sauce over cake batter. DO NOT STIR. Cover; cook on high 2 hours.
Spoon portions of pudding cake onto plate. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
