Crockpot No Peek Cube Steak Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 cube steaks or minute steaks
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Cream of Chicken soup
• 3/4 cup of water
• 1 ( 1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton onion soup mix
• 4 potatoes, halved, with or without peelings

Preparation

Step 1

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix soups and water together.

Put about 1/2 c. soup mixture on bottom of crock pot, add 2 steaks, put another 1/2 c. soup mixture on top of steaks, add other two steaks and rest of soup mixture.

Lay potatoes on top.

Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours (or until potatoes are done). No need to brown the steaks before putting them in the crock pot.
