Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can artichoke drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package fresh parmesan cheese ( 1 1/4 - 2 cups)
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese in a baking pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with crackers.
