Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can artichoke drained and chopped

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 package fresh parmesan cheese ( 1¼ - 2 cups)

  • ½ to 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • ½ tsp garlic salt

  • ½ - 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • crackers

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese in a baking pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with crackers.
