Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 1 1/2 tsp sale
- 1/4 tsp each: cumin, curry, thyme
- 3 beef boulion cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Salt and pepper pork chops. Add 1 Tbsp oil to Dutch oven and brown pork chops; remove to plate.
2. In Dutch oven, mix rice, salt, cumin, curry, thyme, boullion cubes, celery, onion, water.
3. Place chops on top; bake, covered at 350F for 1 hour.
Servce with green vegetable.
