Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T. butter
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
- 1 t. cumin salt
- 2 T. chili powder
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 1/2 t. minced hot red pepper
- 1 (16 oz) can red beans, rinsed, drained (optional)
- Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in butter.
- Add other ingredients and cook slowly for 2 hours or longer.
