Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 large package thin sliced pepperoni
- 1 - 10 oz package mild cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- garlic powder, to taste
- oregano, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Defrost bread. Do not allow to rise.
Roll out bread to cookie sheet size and cut down middle; across sheet.
Beat eggs, garlic, oregano. Use 3/4 of mixture and spread on dough. Place pepperoni on top. Top with cheese. Roll this up. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Prick top of loaves with fork and cover with rest of egg mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Makes 2.
