  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 3 tblspn mayonnaise
  • 3 tblspn lemon juice
  • 2 tblspn soft butter
  • 1 tblspn fine chopped onion
  • 8-10 drops tabasco
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tspn dry mustard
  • dash of pepper

Step 1

Cook liver in butter until no longer pink, put in blender with other ingredients, blending well. Put in mold and chill several hours.
