Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin tip, in bite sized pieces
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into ¾ inch pieces
- 2 onions, cut in 4 and sectioned
- 1 ½ red peppers, cut into bite sized pieces
- 8 garlic cloves, peeled
- ½ cup oil
- ¼ cup chili sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh ground pepper
- Dash paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Alternate beef, sausage, onion, pepper, and garlic on skewers, and place on an ovenproof platter.
Mix oil, chili sauce, lemon juice, pepper, and paprika together and brush over skewers.
Broil about 6 minutes on each side, basting once or twice.
