Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1-inch cube yellow onion
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3 1/2 ounces fresh goat cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup light cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp capers
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- ground pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Using the metal blade, turn food processor on and drop the garlic through the feed tube. Process until finely minced. With the processor still on, drop in the onion and process until finely minced. Turn off the processor. Add the parsley, goat cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream and process until smooth.
Using a rubber spatula, scrape down the work bowl and add the lemon juice, olive oil, capers, anchovy paste, and pepper. Process until well mixed. Transfer to a bowl and serv (or cover for up to 1 day. Stir well, adjust the seasonings, and bring to roon temperature before serving)>
