Worlds Best Brownies

Ingredients

• ¼ cup flour
• 2 tbs. cocoa
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• ½ tsp. salt
• 5 oz. bittersweet chocolate, broken into 10 pieces
• 4 tbs. butter
• 3 eggs
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Melt chocolate and butter over medium high heat, stirring until smooth. Remove the mixture from heat.

Mix the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until thickened. Add the melted chocolate and mix for 30 seconds. Add the flour mix and beat 10 seconds. Add the sour cream and stir for 5 seconds. Fold in the chopped chocolate and bake 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and cut into bars.
