Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Original Blend
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 medium carrots. thinly slice
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 cups freash sliced mushrooms
- 6 oz. snow peas
- 1 small tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- (you can also use noddles or rice).

Preparation
Step 1
heat oil and Mrs Dash over high heat
add carrots and broccoli cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly
add mushrooms and snow peas cook for 2 more minuts
add tomato wedges and red wine vinegar
stir for another minute or until veggies are tender
I like to add rice or noodles to the bowl and then I put stir fry over it.
