Ingredients
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 tsp. Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Put the strawberries in a saucepan and mash slightly with a fork. Mix 2 tablespoons of the juice with cornstarch to make smooth paste and set aside. Add the lemon juice and sugar to the berries and bring to a boil. Stir in the conrstarch mixture and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Serve hot or cold.
