MAPLE BUTTER TARTS

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar (I used caramel balsamic)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Whisk together brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, eggs, vinegar and salt. Put pecans in bottom of pastry crusts. Evenly distribute among pastry shells.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes.
