Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ocean Perch Filletws
- 1/2 C Green Pepper - finely chopped
- 2 Med. Onion - Finely chopped
- 1 lg potatoe - diced
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 C butter melted
- 1 can corn
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 C Milk
- 1/2 C White Wine
- scant of salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 2 oz pimento - finely cut

Preparation
Step 1
Remove skin from fish, cut into small pieces. Saute green pepper, onion, potatoe, and mushrooms in butter for about 8-10 minutes. Add fish and cook 10 minutes - stir often.
Combine corn, soup milk and wine in saute pan - heat and simmer 6 minutes. Stirr until smooth. Slowly add fish mixture. Stirring constantly till chowder is near boiling. Add salt and pepper and pimento. Hold just below boiling for 5 minutes.
