Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, strained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- ½ c. chopped red bell pepper
- ½ c. cilantro, chopped
- 8 green onions
- 3 T. lime juice
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- ½ t. cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving – 1-2 hours.
