  • ■2 Tbs. butter
  • ■1 Tbs. minced onion
  • ■1 clove minced garlic
  • ■2 tsp. chili powder
  • ■tostada shells, broken

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine beans, cheese, beer, butter, onino, garlic, and chili powder. Heat and stir until hot throughout, 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a small fondue pot and serve with broken tostada shells.
