Pasta and Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1 whole red pepper, Diced
- 1 1/2 C. Cucumber, Diced
- 1 C. Sweet Onion
- 1/3 C. Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/4 C. White Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 C. Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 C Fresh dill

Preparation
Step 1
Follow package directions for cooking pasta, (but deduct 2 minutes from cooking time. Rinse in cold water.
Cook asparagus in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2-3 minute cool in cold water and drain.
Mix pasta, asparagus, cucumber, red pepper and onion together in a large bowl.
Combine mustard, sugar, vinegar and dry mustard in a small bowl, add fresh chopped dill - or dry dill weed. Mix dressing into pasta-vegetable mixture and season with salt and pepper.
