  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Nature's Seasons
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt

Step 1

Mix together the Italian Dressing, lemon pepper, Nature's Seasons, and garlic salt. Lay 4 fillet pieces of shark in a 9" pie pan and pour the dressing mixture over the shark. Flip the shark fillets over to coat evenly on both sides. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Flip the shark fillets over and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes. Serve the fillets immediately.
