Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken, cook
- 2 c onions
- garlic, minced
- ginger
- fenugreek
- cardamom
- nutmeg
- ground red pepper
- paprika
- cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine all ingredients in a large pan and simmer 5 min.
2) Add 1/2 c water and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 45 min.
