Ingredients
- 1 package (1-2pounds) Louis Rich turkey breast tender-loins
- 1 tblspn firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tspn cornstarch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1-1/2 tspn lemon juice
- 1 tspn butter
- Fresh orange slices for garnish
- 1 tblspn brandy, optional*

Step 1
Place tenderloins on broiler pan; broil 5 inches from heat 20 minutes turning once. Meanwhile, combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add juices and butter; cook stirring constantly over medium heat until sauce thickens and boils. To serve, garnish turkey with orange slices. Pour sauce over turkey.
**Heat brandy in small pan over low heat until it begins to sizzle along sides of pan when tilted. Remove from heat; using a long match light brandy; pour over tenderloins.
