- 1 pound grated cheddar cheese
- 1 med. onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 small can chopped olives
- 1 small can ortega green chilies
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 6 dashes hot sauce
- 1/3 cup oil

Step 1
put all ingredients except cheese into food processor and chop well to liquefy. Pour over cheese and mix. spread onto sliced baguettes and melt in oven.
