Ingredients

8 oz mascarpone cheese
2 eggs seperated
4 tsp sugar
lady fingers (soft)
espresso
Kahlua
Cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg yolks and sugar then mix in the mascarpone.
Beat egg whites until fluffy andmix with the mascarpone mix.
Dip the lady fingers in the espresso and kahlua and line a pan. Spoon the mix and then make another layer of lady fingers and mix.
Sprinkle with cocoa.
