  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken-tender strips
  • 2 cups Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk together milk and egg, then add chicken. Combine breadcrumbs and cheese in a paper bag, then add a few chicken strips; shake until well coated. Remove chicken and place on an oiled baking sheet. Repeat with all chicken. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Wrap in aluminum foil. Fill tubs with marinara for dipping.
