Green Beans - Cira's Restaurant

Ingredients

  • 4 Oz. Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Onion
  • 1 Can Blue Lake Green Beans w/stock(1 lb or larger)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Dash Accent
  • 1 Oz Red Peppers, canned, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Cube bacon and render down. Saute oinions in bacon fat. Combine with green beans and joice. Season with salt, pepper and Accent. Add red peppers. Bring to boil; turn off heat and let sit 1 hour. Reheat and Serve
