Ingredients
- Directions:
- 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 12 vanilla wafers
- Blueberry, Cherry or favorite pie filling
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
- Place a vanilla wafer in each paper-lined muffin tin.
- Spoon cream cheese over wafer, filling cups.
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
- Chill overnight; top with small amount of pie filling to serve.
