Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • Blueberry, Cherry or favorite pie filling
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
  • Place a vanilla wafer in each paper-lined muffin tin.
  • Spoon cream cheese over wafer, filling cups.
  • Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
  • Chill overnight; top with small amount of pie filling to serve.
