Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3 T. cocoa
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
- Cool Whip for garnish (optional)
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
- Put first 6 ingredients in blender; mix well.
- Add pecans.
- Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
