Ingredients
- 2 cups plus 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 6 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Sift flour, spices, salt and baking soda together. In another bowl cream together shortening, sugar, molasses and egg replacer. Alternately stir flour mixture into shortening mixture.
Stir in water and raisins. Drop by tablespoon 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
