Ingredients
- 1 lb Butterfly shaped pasta noodles
- 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- Salt/Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil Pasta in salted water until al Dente
Butter bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish.
Layer noodles, grated cheese, butter cut into slices and sour cream
Bake 30 Minutes at 350 until crusty and browned around edges.
