Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 1/2 c of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 heaping table spoon of flour
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cream eggs and sugar, sift in flour, add melted butter, add milk and vanilla.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower temp to 300 and bake for another 30 minutes.
If you use a deep dish pie crust the whole amount will fit in it- you may need to bake a little longer though- like 40 minutes. If you use a standard pie crust you can probably fill amost 2.
