Kittencal's S'mores Bars
By ghudsontx
No servings here, I could eat the whole pan my self!
You can double the recipe into a 13 x 9-inch pan and increase baking time 5 minutes, have a bit of patience when spreading the marshmallow cream, instead of spreading the marshmallow cream I made this the second time using mini marshmallows, it was okay but was not as good good as the marshmallow cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8 x 8 or a 9-inch baking pan (the 8 x 8 pan will give you slightly thicker bars).
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
In a bowl combine the flour with graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture (set aside 1/2 cup for topping, if you want more topping on top mix in 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs to the reserved crumb mixture).
Press remaining mixture into a square baking pan.
Place candy bars over crust; spread with marshmallow creme.
Crumble remaining graham cracker mixture over top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Cut into bars (store any leftovers in an airtight container, don’t worry these won’t last long!).
