- 2 LBS GROUND BEEF OR TURKEY
- 3/4 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
- 2 EGGS
- 1/2 ONION, MINCED
- 2 tsp FIESTA FAJITA SEASONING TO TASTE ( basically garlic, pepper and salt)
- 2 PACKAGES OF MUSHROOM BROWN GRAVY

Step 1
MIX FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. MAKE INTO PATTIES THE SIZE OF YOUR PALM.
BROWN PATTIES IN A SPRAYED SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. DO NOT COOK ALL THE WAY.
MEANWHILE, PREPARE THE GRAVY ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE . TRANSFER THE PATTIES INTO A OVEN SAFE CONTAINER AND POUR THE GRAVY OVER TOP. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES
