Ingredients
- 12 oz bulk pork sausage
- ½ chopped onion
- ¼ chopped celery
- ¼ chopped green pepper
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 2 Tbsp green onion tops chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh minced parsley
- 1 tube ( 8 0z) cresent rolls
- 1 egg beaten

Preparation
Step 1
cook sausage, onion, celery, green pepper and garli till done. Drain. Add cream cheese, green onion, and parsley. Cook till melted. Set aside.
Unroll dough on greased baking sheet and press performations together. Roll into 12 x 10 rectangle. Spoon mix to with in 3 in of long side and 1 in if end. On each long side, cut ¾ in strips 3 inches into the center. Fold alternating strips at an angle forming a braid. Brush dough with egg. Bake 350 for 20 – 25 minutes till brown.
