Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 1 c. grits
  • 1 t. salt
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • Cook grits in salted water until done.
  • Add butter, cheese, eggs and milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  • Bake at 325-350 F for 1 hour.
