Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1 c. grits
- 1 t. salt
- 4 c. water
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 1/4 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- Cook grits in salted water until done.
- Add butter, cheese, eggs and milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Bake at 325-350 F for 1 hour.
