Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (4-serving size) vanilla pudding mix (I use the instant pudding)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 16 ounce can peaches, drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid from the peaches
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, and baking powder. combine egg, butter and milk.

Mix well and spread into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Chop drained peaches. Sprinkle them on top of the batter in pan.

Beat together cream cheese and 1/2 cup peach juice. Pour over peaches in pan. Combine 1 tablespoon with the cinnamon and sprinkle over all.

Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool then cut into squares.
