Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 boneless chicken breast(cooked)
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of diced green onions
  • 1/8 cup of sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • Alfredo sauce (look below)
  • 1/4 cup of grated romano cheese
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • bowtie pasta (cooked)
  • Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Alfredo Sauce

Smmer cream,butter and cream cheese until melted, stirring constantly. Add parmesan and garlic powder and simmer for about 15- 20 minutes on low or until cheese begins to brown slightly. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Main Dish

In a pan melt butter, saute chicken, mushrooms, green onions, and sundried tomotoes until hot.
Add alfredo sauce and romano cheese, simmer
add cayenne pepper to taste.
