Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally ½ inch
- 1 Tblsp butter
- 1 Tblsp honey
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Heat the chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the carrots and cook until tender, about 6-10 minutes. Drain the carrots and return to the pan. Add the butter and honey, cook about 5 minutes to coat the carrots.
