Ingredients

  • 2 C. Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Cinamon
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 C. Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 C. nuts
  • 1 C. Oil
  • 2 C. Raw Zucchini Peeled and blended (use a little water to blend)

Step 1

Bake at 325 degrees in 2 loaf pans for one hour or until tooth pick comes out dry.

Note: These are the only directions that was on grandma's recipe card - I am assuming to misx all ingredients together and divide into the 2 loaf pans.
