Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 2 Tbls. butter
- 2 Tbls. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash black pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- crushed cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbls. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add flour and seasonings over low heat until bubbly. Add milk and boil for 1 minute until thick. Remove from heat and add corn and egg. Top with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes.
