Ingredients
- /2 c cup soy sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 6 large garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tablespoon dried
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pound flank steak

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except steak in glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat boiler and move rack down to middle of oven to prevent burning. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Broil to desired doneness, about 6-8 minutes each side. Cut across grain into thin strips.
