Ingredients
- 4 cups raw cranberries, processed coarsely
- 4 tsp fresh ginger
- 4 large Jalapenos, finely chopped
- ½ cup red onions, coarsely chopped
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 4 seedless oranges, sectioned, juice and all
- 4 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 Cup granulated sugar

Garnish with small pieces of fresh mint. Serve in footed bowl
