Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. walnuts chopped
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour pan. Mix all ingredients by hand. Pour into 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 c. 10x sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Use mixer or whip until smooth.
