Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbs. butter

Step 1
Stir sugar and water in a pan over medim heat until sugar dissolves, increase heat and boil without stirring until syrup turns a deep amber.
Wash the pan sides with a wet pastry brush and add cream and butter, mix will bubble vigorously. Stir until sauce is smooth.
