Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil green beans until tender.
Mix vinegar, brown sugar and mustard until smooth
Cook shallots in hot oil until tender. Stir in vinegar mixture, salt, pepper. Add beans. Toss to coat and serve.
