Ingredients
- 3-16oz. cans great northern beans
- 3-C. cooked chicken cut into medium pieces
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2-24oz. can mild green chilies, chopped large(retain juice)
- 1-1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano(crumble in your hand)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 C. chicken stock
- 1-1/2 C. monterey jack cheese, grated

Step 1
Saute' onion and garlic in oil until translucent. Add chilies, cummin, oregano and cayenne and chicken. Saute' for about two minutes then add chicken broth and undrained beans. Reduce heat and add cheese, stirring until it melts. Cook on medium low for 30 minutes and serve
